Charming Pre-Victorian style bed and breakfast accommodations with covered front and side wickered verandah, a seven minute walk to Queen Street boutique shopping.
Centrally located, close to fine dining, golf club, walking and bicycle trails, antique shops, wineries and Shaw Festival theatres. Five minute drive to the Niagara Parkway - a breath-taking scenic drive along the Niagara River to Niagara Falls, Butterfly Conservatory, Spanish Aero Car, Journey Behind the Falls, Fruit Farms, Horticultural gardens and the now famous Casino Niagara.
Each of our comfortable rooms is bright and professionally decorated in designer colours. Our three guest rooms all offer private ensuite baths. The Queen rooms each offer a full three piece bath with shower.The King/Twin room features a 4 piece with tub/shower combination.
Feel free to sip your morning tea/coffee on our old style verandah before you begin another wonderful day in Niagara or enjoy a glass of wine on a warm summer night. A full breakfast is served in the dining room at 8:30 a.m.
Featuring private guest entrance, central air conditioning and electronic air purification system, and smoke-free environment -- with smoking permitted on the outside verandah.
The living room is the meeting place for our guests, before breakfast and after dinner. A television, a fireplace, a fridge with a 24 hour canteen service help toward "making friends" among strangers. Come join our extended family. Make new friends and meet new people. Cancellation Policy:
Eight day cancellation notice prior to arrival is required to receive a deposit refund, minus $20.00 Administration charges. Full payment is charged on notification of seven days or less unless we are able to rebook the room/s for the dates requested. For one night bookings, we reserve the right to change a selected room to accommodate long stays.
Check-in Procedure:
3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or key pick-up by 1:00 p.m. If you are arriving at a different time, arrangements can be made to accommodate you accordingly. |
